PAMA’s Speedram hydrostatic boring and milling machines are designed for high precision and structural rigidity, providing the perfect machining solution for the most demanding applications. Speedram CNC boring and milling machines can be equipped with several types of tool magazines and automatic attachment changers.

The Speedram boring and milling machines are available in six basic models with boring spindle diameters from 130 to 320mm, spindle power from 37 to 145kW and vertical strokes from 2,000 to 10,000mm. The Speedram can be equipped with a wide range of hydrostatic roto-traversing tables with load capacities of 25 to 600 tonne.

PAMA’s Speedmat boring and milling centres offer the perfect solution to the most demanding machining applications, requiring ultra-precise boring and milling. The Speedmat horizontal CNC machining centres can be customised with a wide range of tool magazines and other accessories to cater for every conceivable engineering application. The Speedmat range of boring & milling machines consists of six base models with:

  • Boring spindle diameters of 130 or 160mm
  • Pallet sizes from 1250 x 1250mm to 2000 x 2500mm
  • Maximum table load capacities of up to 25 tonne
  • Maximum work piece swing diameter from 2000 to 4600mm

PAMA’s Speedmat HP horizontal machining centres are fully-loaded with multi-tasking technology enabling the perfect solution to the most demanding and technical applications that require the utmost rigidity and precision. The multi-tasking capability allows for milling, boring and turning operations to be carried out in the same set up.

The Speedmat HP series consists of seven base models with pallet sizes from 1000 × 1000mm to 2000 × 2500mm and a load capacity of 3 to 35 tonne, with a work piece swing diameter from 2000 to 4600mm. Typical Speedmat HP application environments will be: power generation, earth moving, heavy mechanical engineering, railways, large diesel engines, aerospace and die & moulds.
