Duplomatic Crown Turrets
The Duplomatic CT-20 Crown Turret has been designed for equipping transfer lines and special machines. It's designed to execute machine tool turning and milling operations with high performances and greater productivity.

Duplomatic Tool Discs
Duplomatic has developed a wealth of experience over many years through designing and manufacturing various kinds of tool discs. Starting from the common type according to DIN 69880 (VDI type), for which the applications cover diameters from 16 mm to 80 mm, through to many other solutions such as the slot type, BMT and CDI.
The tool disc has become a critical component within the turret system due to its accuracy ultimately determining machining quality. For driven tool turrets, the perfect alignment between the rotating tool holder coupling and the turret power intake assures the best machine tool performances. For this reason, Duplomatic provides a disc testing certificate reporting geometric tolerances and adjusting the values of the tool discs on the turret.

The need to complete most machine tool operations inside the turning centre requires the tool turret to work with rotating tools for a long part of their service life.
